Designed & Originally Manufactured By Ned Steinberger , Who Is Known For His "Headless" Design Of Electric Basses & Guitars.

This Steinberger XM-2 Was Built Using A Solid Graphite Neck With -Bolt-On Construction To A Wood Body.

The Serial Numbers Are Stamped Into The Underside Of The Neck, Near The Heel. The Bass Guitar Is Also Marked With The Words STEINBERGER USA - The Newburgh Stamped Numbers Start With N... For Newburgh New York.

This Bass Is Fitted With EMG Pickups & Electronics, With The Unique Steinberger Tuning Bridge TailPiece . The Body Of The Bass Has The Steinberger Logo On The Face Of The Bass.

This Bass From Research Is Dated 1989 & Has Been Noticeably Gigged In Its Lifetime-
