We offer a standard £4.99 delivery service on all Laptops, Desktop PCs, Tablets and accessories. Our standard delivery service is 2 - 4 working days on all orders placed before 1pm. We offer a 1-2 day £9.99 delivery service on all orders placed before 1pm. Next day delivery is subject to order quantity and size. We offer a pallet delivery service on both bulk and large item purchases. Bulk and large items include Office Furniture, Pianos and items labelled as bulk in the description. Where listed a £50 flat rate fee for pallet delivery is chargeable on all items shipped within mainland UK*. We operate a courier service within the United Kingdom via our delivery partners subject to postcode. *All bulk items are listed with no delivery charge as this cost is calculated upon purchase by calling our in-store delivery team. Damages or shortages must be reported to RedHouse Computers within 48 hours of delivery.
Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’. We offer a return to customers if they’ve told us within 30 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve informed us. Unless a product has developed a fault the buyer will pay the costs of returning the item to us. Items returned to us or cancelled orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Packaging the item is very important if the item is damaged in transit a full refund cannot be issued; we also ask kindly ask if the item can be shipped back in the original packaging where possible. Full refunds are given on orders where you have notified us within 30 days of delivery of your item when returned to us as per our returns section above. After 30 days, if your product develops a fault we will provide a label for return of your item or refund up to £5.99 for the return of the item (receipt must be provided). Once back with us we will repair or replace the item first, if that is unsuccessful we will provide a refund. Items returned to us or cancelled orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
