Product Conditions Explained

We provide several different conditions and try to be as clear as possible to our customer before purchase. We kindly ask customer to check conditions before purchasing as we charge 7.5% re-stocking fee for any cancelled or returned products.

Brand New

Does what is says on the tin. Brand new product still in it’s original packaging and factory sealed.

Open Boxed

We open and check certain model of product for any cosmetic marks / faults etc. In opening the box, we take the upmost care in doing so; however, very minor slight cosmetic marks may be present due to us opening the box. Your warranty is provided as normal, and time is provided within the listing.

Ex-Corporate

The condition of ex-corporate is a model of product that has been previously used most in a business environment. With this condition, there will be visible marks / scratches to the product, but the performance and warranty are not affected they are purely cosmetic imperfections. These products will be delivered in a plain brown box with secure safe packaging.

Refurbished

They are thoroughly tested to be in full working order, professionally refurbished, data wiped and restored to Factory default state. Cosmetically they would bear marks and moderate to heavy scratches, marks or dents. None of these will affect the functionality of the product. They may be in replacement packaging might have non-original accessories. Non-essential accessories (Manuals / headphones / cartridges etc) may be missing.

Like ex-corporate, the product would have been previously used and show signs of use cosmetically. The specification would have likely been upgraded from its original factory setup. Fresh software installed and all hardware checks would have been run and passed diagnostic testing before sale. Warranty on refurbished products is normally as standard 6 months, however this can vary depending on the product. Please check the listing before ordering.
